The MFO respects the privacy of individuals in all aspects of our operation. We have a commitment to protecting the personal information of all donors and personal recipients. Your personal information is only collected, used and disclosed by the MFO in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Why do we collect personal information?

As a donor and/or recipient you are asked to provide certain information in order for us to include you in our database. Your information profile only has contact information for you. The database is used for mailing out our reports, tax receipts, cheques and other related administrative necessities.

The MFO never collects more personal information than is needed to fulfill these purposes.

When do we disclose personal information and to whom?

Your personal information is never traded, sold or leased by us to any external organizations. Your information is only used for the MFOs administrative activities or as required to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
